In 2009 I will be picking up the SisterLove
project again! My goal is to apply the skills I've picked since
originally starting this project and revamping what I have done
and finishing up with the intended audio and interviews. I'm truly
excited by this and can't wait to get started!
If you have enjoyed what you've heard thus far and want to help
me reach my goal please consider making a contribution.
I can really use your help since it is financial limitations that
are the main barrier for any independent artist like myself. For
a limited time I am giving away one of my original
tee-shirt designs to folks
who make a donation toward this work. You can safely and securely
make your donation using any major credit card via PayPal. CLICK

Who is SisterLove?
The short answer is, "SisterLove, Inc. is the
first and oldest community based non-profit in Georgia (USA) to
focus specifically upon the needs of women, particularly African
American women and those of African descent, who are at risk for
contracting HIV/AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases and
infections."
Why that photo banner? It is a photograph, taken by me, of the
South African farm that SisterLove recently purchased as part of
their incredible strategy in fighting HIV and AIDS. The purchase
of the farm represents the progressive nature of the organization
and encompasses the truly grassroots nature of their activism -
even as they act on a global scale. To explore more of SisterLove
and the people behind the organization check out the "Listen" section
for teasers and links to completed project chapters, or go on over
to "The
People" section where you can listen to shorter clips and
content that was left out of the documentary. Photos will also
be added to the "Photo Archive" section as time allows.
For more information on the project as a whole visit "The
Project" link.

this project please feel free to contact
